Flower remedies are a natural source taken from plants, flowers and trees, there are 38 different essences which i can choose from, to help you based on your emotional needs on the day. We will discuss your issues, and using my intuition and experience i will choose up to 7 essences. These are added to your personal bottle for your remedy.

The remedy is to be taken 3-4 times a day, 3 drops to be taken onto the tongue 30 mins before food, or just add 3 drops into a bottle of water and drink thoughout the day.
