This relaxing treatment is given seated on a chair. This is useful for those who can not have a couch massage ie. pregnant or disabled. This treatment originates from India and it is a Ayurvedic treatment. I give this treatment on your skin with massage oils, so your hair will get oily, but it can be given dry over your clothes if you choose. I start massaging the upper back, shoulders and neck. Then the hair and scalp are massaged, then it's finished with a face massage, to help with clearing the sinuses using oils. The benefits of this may help;
