This is given on a comfortable couch and you will need to wear shorts or clothing that can be pulled over the knees, as the knees and lower legs are also massaged. I start by giving your feet a wash with warm flannels and lavender products. Then using oils and creams and a traditional Thai stick, the feet are then massaged, stimulating the reflex points similar to Reflexology using the same meridian points, this gives a deeper massage. The ankles and feet are given gentle stretches to give more flexability.
