After giving each foot a relaxing foot massage I will proceed with the treatment using a gentle walking movement with my thumb and forefinger, this helps to remove the toxins and blockages that build up in your body, aiding the body to start to heal and to rebalance. This will give peace and relaxation and many go to sleep. This is given fully clothed, only socks are removed, and is given on a comfortable couch, you will leave with a feeling of peace and well being.
